Early Works
1983-1995
My wish to include sculpture in the architecture began modestly, related to historical modes of expression commonly found in architecture, in bricks, plaques, rosettes, door knockers and furniture. At the same time, these pieces were seen from the beginning of my process as an integral part of the overall design and sought to bring a personal meaning to the architecture. In each case, they were created for specific individuals and their particular interests and personalities. Most importantly, they brought an evidence of the human touch.
